Chief Information Officer
Alan Young is the Chief Information Officer for Southern Ute Shared Services (SUSS). Alan has responsibility for the operations of Southern Ute Shared Services. His responsibilities include oversight for software development, system operations, service desk, and the project management office. Alan has thirty years of combined experience in accounting/finance and information technology with high tech, retail, financial, and supply chain companies. The objective for Southern Ute Shared Services is to provide consolidated information technology services as effectively and efficiently possible for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe’s operating entities.
Vice President of the Project Management Office
Tim Riggle manages the teams that support projects and project management. Mr. Riggle is responsible for the customer-facing relationships of Southern Ute Shared Services. Other key responsibilities include procurement, asset management, Shared Services transition, and back-office functions. Prior to joining SUSS, Mr. Riggle was the President of Mountain Peak Consulting, Inc, a company specializing in project management. Prior to his consulting business, Mr. Riggle was Executive Vice President of Technology for Quizno’s Corporation. Mr. Riggle has been working in project management for more than 30 years and holds a PMP certification with the Project Management Institute.
Vice President of IT Operations
Bryan Sholten manages the Southern Ute Shared Services teams that support information technology operations, telecommunications, data security, systems analysis, and enterprise architecture. The IT operations team supports data centers, server administration, business continuity, network security, local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and storage area networks (SAN) for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. Prior to joining SUSS, Bryan held leadership and technology roles for the US Antarctic Program, Accenture PLC, Microsoft Corporation, and the State of Montana.
Vice President of Application Development
Justin Roller manages the Southern Ute Shared Services teams that support Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, and Business Intelligence software across the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. Mr. Roller has been with SUSS since 2008. Prior to joining SUSS, Mr. Roller worked for Accenture PLC as a PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Lead, PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable Implementation Consultant, and PeopleSoft Developer for a number of US Federal Government clients, including the Department of Interior, and the US Postal Service.
